I cannot begin to explain how happy I am with our experiences with Master Spas of Toronto Premium Wholesale . Very personable service, with fast knowledgable diagnostic. Not only did we purchase a hottub for our previous home, but with our new house as well. Griffin has sold us both tubs and just completed a service call in fast response with complete satisfaction. Not only did he know what the issue was, but he repaired it same day. He actually remembered myself and my family even after 3 years from our purchase date. I find it very rare to have such a spectacular experience from any company regardless of their expertise. We absolutely love our hottub and if we ever desire another model we will not even consider shopping anywhere else. Can't Thank Griffin enough.

From the get-go I've had an all around great experience ranging from purchase to delivery to product support to a warranty repair claim with Master Spas Swim Spas of Toronto. Alfred and Griff are very knowledgeable, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I did have a minor issue with my primary pump which was resolved simply by placing a call to Alfred at Master Spas Toronto. The following day Griff arrived with a replacement pump and had it installed within minutes. Griff also took the time to thoroughly answer any questions I had. Learning to look after a new hot tub properly is sometimes and overwhelming and frustrating experience. Alfred and his colleagues at Master Spas Toronto have been nothing short of amazing. They have all been so patient with me, have always offered expert advise and answered all my endless questions 😊. Their customer service is the best I’ve seen. If you're looking for a spa I would recommend Master Swim Spas of Toronto this if you want a great honest experience with excellent service. Both Griffin and Alfred are super responsive and courteous and they've done exactly what they've said they would do and I could not expect more!
